Working Directly with Ledvance this project is known for its tight turnaround and changing scope up until the day it ships. I have worked on the lightfair booth for the past three years helping from 3d design to applying graphics on 20' walls in a scissor lift. Designed to showcase different lights and their effects in the environment this booth is ever changing to get the balance of lighting correct and best showcase the clients products.
Working on a tight deadline and having change orders always adds complexity to the job. Along with balancing lights to showcase their potential there are a lot of moving parts to this structure.
While Working on the Ledvance Light Fair projects, my role would change throughout the production of the booth. though the first steps I would work with a 3d design team tackling the needs of the client by designing concepts, setup plans and changes. as the 3d side slowed down I then would switch to 2d, working around the clock designing and prepping graphics for production. Once approved I would then produce the graphics and apply them to the 20' structures via scissor lift as they were built to make the deadline.
